  • Server owners and admins are responsible for the Bot's configuration and permissions in their guilds.

5. The Service

  • Packify provides simulated pack opening, collection, trading, marketplace, shop-tycoon features, and related gameplay utilities via Discord slash commands and website resources.
  • All items, currency, and values are virtual and have no real-world monetary value. No real-money trades or sales are permitted.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Abuse, exploit, cheat, or automate interactions (e.g., self-bots, macros) to gain unfair advantage.
  • Harass, spam, or engage in hateful or illegal conduct.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, attempt to bypass rate limits or security, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.
  • Use the Service in violation of Discord's policies or applicable laws.

7. Your Content and License

  • If you submit or generate content (e.g., profile/shop names), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and operate that content solely to provide the Service.
  • Do not upload or use content that infringes others' rights or violates law.

8. Virtual Economy and Marketplace

  • All in-bot balances, items, and listings are part of a simulated, closed economy. They are non-transferable outside the Service and have no cash-out value.
  • We may adjust balance, drop rates, and gameplay values for fairness, stability, or technical reasons.

9. Changes, Downtime, and Updates

  • We may modify or discontinue features at any time, with or without notice.
  • The Service may be unavailable for maintenance or due to outages.

10. Termination

  • You may stop using the Service at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate your access (including data removal) for violations of these Terms, legal requirements, or to protect the Service or its users.

11. Disclaimers

  • The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

  • Our aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the greater of: (a) the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim (typically $0), or (b) $25.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Courts in Poland, Gliwice will have exclusive jurisdiction, where permitted.

  • Event participation data (e.g., seasonal packs).

  • Basic HTTP logs (IP address, user agent, referrer) for security and troubleshooting.
  • Preferences stored in localStorage or cookies (e.g., language). We do not use advertising cookies.
  • If you use a contact or support form: your submitted email, message, and metadata.

  • Provide and operate the Service (run commands, maintain inventories, open packs, trading/marketplace).
